It should come as no surprise that luxury brands are making their way into the smartwatch market. Aided by a partnership with Fossil, Emporio Armani, Diesel, Michael Kors and of course Kate Spade all have plans to launch smartwatches by the end of the year. Although I’m not a fan of the aesthetic of Kate Spade’s models, a brand with such avid fans is likely to experience some success by experimenting with this popular accessory.
